How long is the delivery time?
You will receive a digital preview within 24 hours. Once you have approved it, we will print your poster and ship it. Delivery time is normally 3–5 working days.
Can I see my portrait before it is sent?
Yes! You always get a proof to approve before printing. Want to make changes? No problem – we'll adjust until you're satisfied.
How do I know if my photo is good enough?
A picture taken with your mobile phone usually works great! If we need a new photo, we will contact you immediately and help you further.
How many changes can I make?
You can make as many adjustments as you want. We want you to love your poster – and we won't give up until you do.
What happens if I'm not satisfied?
We always do our best to make sure you are satisfied – whether that means adjustments, a new product. And because you get to approve the portrait before it is printed, it rarely happens that someone is not satisfied.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we always offer free shipping.
Can I return my item?
You do not need to enter any payment details to view your digital file. Once you have ordered your poster and it has been printed, we can no longer accept returns as each poster is created uniquely for you.
If something goes wrong – like a printing error or damaged product – we will of course fix it. Send an email to our customer service and we will help you quickly. If the damage occurred during shipping, please attach pictures and get back to us within 48 hours.
